How To Create SURPLUS Cash Flow For Any Service Business

The super successful entrepreneurs have the ability to generate SURPLUS cash flow to constantly move the needle forward in their business.

The thing is - every entrepreneur has the innate ability to do that, yet, why is it that very few succeed? Let's talk about that.

One thing that Alex Hormozi said in his book $100M Offers resonated with me the most.. he said - You're either growing or you're dying, there's no such thing as maintenance (or some version of that)

And that's true...

Look at ANY successful business owner, company, entrepreneur whatever... they are GROWING. Because growth is vital to stay relevant in the long term...

If you're not growing, you're dying.

If you're not growing, you're unable to generate surplus cash flow.

If you don't have absolute CONTROL over generating cash inside your business, at will, then even the most minor event can kick you out of the market.

I see this happening so much right now..

So many small businesses in multiple verticals are getting thrown out because of one privacy policy change by Apple.

If you're massively affected by, and CANNOT withstand

  • changes to ad platforms

  • rising ad costs

  • evolving marketing and advertising landscapes

... you're gonna be really stuck. And things are only going to get more and more difficult.

This is a very scary situation to be in because it prevents you from generating cash... and without strong cashflow you cannot move the needle forward.

And so I'm writing this post to give you a FAST FIX to take control of your business, get more customers rapidly and create an ABUNDANCE of cashflow in your business.

A fast fix that will:

  • Help you get to $50k collected revenue within 60 days

  • Get you on 2-3 calls with clients per day

  • Pump raging blood into your business and position you for rapid scale!

Follow these 3 steps and you're on your way to changing the destiny of your business for good.


1. Get to the DEEPEST pain:

Money is blindly handed over to that individual who solves the deepest pain for their prospects. Your clients and customers do not buy your services - they want to buy RESULTS. But what if they don't get the results they're looking for? How does that impact their life? How does is affect their state of mind? What are the long term and short term issues that will arise in their life from not getting the results they want?

Answers to these questions will get you closer to their deepest pain. And it's only when you can touch on their deepest pains (emotional, mental) will you be able to grab their attention. Not only will you grab their attention - but they will sense your empathy and be drawn closer to you.

2. Write copy that is GUARANTEED to win their trust in you:

Once you have their attention - you need to maintain it. If there's ONE skill that you need to have in order to be successful at marketing - it's writing hard-hitting direct response copy.

I have to be honest, without the ability to write COMPELLING copy - your marketing will fall flat. So the first step is to learn to write yourself (and if you don't like to write then you need to hire somebody).

You should be able to write HARD HITTING sales letters. This is KEY... if you follow everything I'm telling you, I promise, you will NEVER have a cashflow problem, ever.

Your ability to write hard hitting sales letters will make or break your campaigns.

Don't get caught up in the noise too much. You don't need a webinar, or a VSL or any long form video presentation format to get clients. Those things work but, FIRST you need to get to a level where your copy can sell with accuracy.

So if you know their DEEPEST pain, and you have a solution to help them - you need to take that energy, and convert it into a "Hard-Hitting Sales Letter" (5000-8000 words).

3. Combine that Sales Letter with FB Ads in a SIMPLE format

Until you have the first two steps completely nailed down, don't even think about running ads. Ads don't fail because of anything else other than the fact that your copy doesn't work. That's all.

Now there can be a TON of reasons why your copy falls flat..

  • Maybe your market has heard all the claims

  • Maybe your copy just isn't exciting enough

  • Maybe your copy is too boring and all over the place

  • Maybe your messaging around your offer has been beaten to death...

No matter what the reason is, if your market has a pain, and you have a solution, and if your ads still fall flat and don't produce results, you have a massive copywriting (messaging) problem.

Once you've gotten good at writing copy, and you have a hard hitting sales letter written down... running FB ads is literally the easiest thing in the world...

Honestly, to begin with, all you need is 1 CBO campaign, 2 Ad sets, 2 creatives and a $100/day budget and you'll be busy with 2-3 (qualified) call bookings a day. That's 60-90 calls a month. MORE than enough to close at least 20 clients (even if you suck at sales).

Even with these algo changes and privacy policy updates I'm still doing 3-4 bookings a day because I have a sharp focus on the copy I put out in my ads....

And if you follow the above there's absolutely NO reason why you can't do the same for your business!
